In one of the great sports stories you'll ever hear, Red Sox rookie Clay Buchholz threw a no-hitter tonight as the Sox beat up on the Baltimore Orioles 10-0 in his second major leauge start and the first rookie to ever throw a no-no for Boston. Buchholz was only pitching due to Tim Wakefield's back acting up, and it was the most exciting baseball game I've seen since the Red Sox beat the St. Louis Cardinals to win the 2004 World Series.
Hopefully the fans won't jump the gun and be disappointed if he doesn't pitch a shut out each time out for the rest of the season (if he even starts again). Boston baseball fans are harder to please than on-line wrestling fans. . .remember that he's just a 23 year old rookie that gave you a sports memory you'll probably remember for the rest of your life.
Granted, this has nothing to do with professional wrestling, but here on DanMirade.com, we don't discriminate against matters of interest. . .
