Excitement for MWF X Builds

As the announcements continue to come out about industry leading performers signing on board, jaw-dropping matches being booked, or stock piles of great raffle prizes the fans can win, I find myself getting increasingly more excited for MWF X.

In case you’ve been living under a rock for the last few months, the Millennium Wrestling Federation is getting ready to throw a birthday bash, and celebrate they will. You see, this isn’t just any old birthday bash. This is the tenth anniversary for the company that has come to be known throughout New England, Las Vegas, Ontario, Canada and more recently North Carolina for their fan friendly, action packed events where not only are you going to see some of the best independent wrestling on the planet, but you will also be able to meet some of your favorite stars.  Most events are accompanied with a meet & greet where you can talk to, get your picture taken with, or have a piece of memorabilia signed by some of pro wrestling’s biggest names from both yesterday and today.

MWF X will be no different. It will be everything that these shows MWF have been come to be known for and so much more. The folks behind the scenes have been working tirelessly to make sure they not only celebrate their anniversary in style, but every fan who enters the building on September 17th will see an event they will never forget. As a
huge wrestling fan, I've got to say I am pretty excited.

Independent wrestling events are some of the best events I have ever been to as a fan. Going to an event at a venue such as Memorial Hall in Melrose where MWF X will be held gives you a setting that can’t be replicated.  You can get your hand on a ringside seat, you can be up close to all of the action, and you can hear every slam on the mat. The best part is, if you can hear them, they can hear you.

If you have never been to this type of event or maybe you just haven’t been in a while, you should definitely make MWF X the first (or next) one. You are going to see the roof come off Memorial Hall all the superstars of the Millennium Wrestling Federation, which has a constantly growing stacked roster of young stars such as MWF Heavyweight Champion "Slyck" Wagner Brown, MWF Television Champion "Straight Edge" Brian Fury, MWF Southern Champion "Stalker" Dylan Kage, and many others, work their ass off to give MWF the birthday it deserves.

In addition to their already all-star roster, the MWF has already announced that in addition to taking part in the fan-fest, world superstar LOW-KI (WWE NXT 2 winner / Smackdown superstar Kaval) will also be competing at the event!  He will be going one on one with “Hurricane” John Walters!  Joining Low-Ki at the fan-fest prior to the event will be former TNA Grand Slam Champion “The Monster” Abyss, former WWE Intercontinental and Tag Team Champion Carlito, former MWF great Ox Baker, former 6 time TNA X-Division Champion Jay Lethal, WWE Hall of Famer Tony Atlas, former 5 time WWE Tag Team Champion Tony Garea, and the manager of several future WWE Hall of Famers Paul Bearer.

All of these men will be available to take pictures and sign autographs.  For the best overall experience, Ultra VIP fans will receive BOTH an autograph AND a photo with EACH of these legends along with exclusive raffles and other perks. This gives you a tremendous opportunity to shake the hands of all these men, ask them a questions, or just thank them for their work in this sport. I am anxiously awaiting my chance to do so, and if you’re a wrestling fan as well you will very much enjoy the experience.

If all of those legends weren’t even on the card, the roster itself is talented enough to warrant attending this show. If you don’t believe me the proof is all right here on BOSTONWRESTLING.COM. Check out MWF TV and watch the monthly shows Cyberstarz, Late Night With The Iron Sheik and Superstar Zone, or watch archived footage of past episodes of MWF Ultra to get familiar with these guys. The can flat out go and I am willing to bet you will find most of these matches more entertaining than the stuff we are subjected to on national cable television on a weekly basis.

Bottom Line: We are officially less than six weeks away from MWF X.  Don’t miss your opportunity to experience a great night of professional wrestling and flat out entertainment. Call up an old buddy, tell your kids you got a surprise planned, or do whatever you go to do but make sure your butt is in a seat at Memorial Hall on September 17th because a 10th birthday only comes around once and the MWF knows how to do it big!
